Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact numbers and delivery addresses. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If the courier is unable to reach you, they may attempt delivery again or contact you directly. Failed deliveries due to unresponsiveness may result in cancellation without refund, as the product is perishable.
